I also offer a face-to-face and online Grief Group, based upon the one I created and facilitated for the NHS, a pioneering source of support for those contending with significant/complex grief and which ran successfully within the S&BP NHS Trust for a number of years.

The Grief Group is an ongoing therapeutic space that welcomes anyone experiencing significant grief and related symptoms.

It offers the facilitated support of others also experiencing significant grief.

The group provides a safe, confidential therapeutic space in which to talk, at your pace and in your way, about your grief experiences within a mutually supportive environment.

A group can provide unique and lasting therapeutic value for those who believe they may benefit from the group format.

​

The group is limited to a maximum of seven attendees, to ensure optimal therapeutic value for each participant.
